The item must be returned new, in its original folding and packaging, unworn (apart from a quick try-on), unwashed, with tags intact. Any item worn, washed, damaged, stained, perfumed or not refolded as originally will be subject to a reduced or refused refund. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
