We collect the data you provide to us: identity (surname, first name), contact details (postal address, email, phone), order and delivery information, and browsing data (via cookies). Payment data is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored by us.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing and tracking of orders, delivery, customer service: performance of the contract.
Customer relationship management and accounting/legal obligations: legal obligation.
Sending commercial communications (newsletter): consent.
Site improvement and audience measurement: legitimate interest and/or consent (cookies).

Recipients

Your data is intended for Navea Collection and its strictly necessary subcontractors (Shopify host, payment providers, carriers, emailing tool). We do not sell your data.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued: order data for the legal period (in particular 10 years for accounting obligations), prospecting data for up to 3 years after the last contact, cookies according to the durations indicated in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set directives regarding the fate of your data after your death. To exercise them, write to naveacollection@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
